Universal Estate

You can find us over at Plot No. 1552 in Sector 7-C. We are tucked away right behind the Inner Market, which is actually pretty handy because we can grab a quick tea or a snack whenever there is a small break in the day. Being in this specific part of town means we deal with a lot of people looking for places to stay or small shops to rent. It is mostly just us in the office handling the piles of paperwork and answering the phone when it decides to ring. The market nearby is always busy, so there is a lot of foot traffic and noise coming from that direction most of the time. We keep a desk full of files and some old maps of the area to help folks figure out where things are located. It is not a big operation at all, just a small space where we sit down and talk through what people are looking for in a house or an office. Sometimes it is very quiet, and other times three people walk in at once asking about the same plot of land. We try our best to keep track of who is moving where and what buildings are coming up for lease. It is mostly just talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on the local streets. Sector 7-C is a decent place to be, and being behind the market keeps us right in the middle of things without being stuck directly on the noisy main road.
