If you’re looking for Tuli Property Consultants, you’ll find us over at the Ansa Industrial Estate. We are specifically at 215 Sector 17 on Saki Vihar Road, tucked into SCO 58/59. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the layout of the estate. We’ve got a decent-sized space, but it’s mostly filled with folders and old maps of the area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to look at different sites. The stairs up to our floor can be a bit of a workout on Monday mornings. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the door like everyone else around here. It gets pretty busy during the week with trucks moving in and out of the industrial park. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back room for whenever someone stops by to talk about a lease or a sale. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on all the filing we let slip. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central for what we do. The lighting in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you get inside, it’s alright. We just focus on the property side of things and try to keep our records straight. It’s a practical place for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and work.
