Being up here in Kangra is different from working in a big city like Delhi or Mumbai. Trail Blazer Media Pvt. Ltd is based right here in Himachal Pradesh, and the air is definitely better up here. We handle media stuff from our office in the 176057 area. It’s a bit of a trek for some to find us, but we like the quiet. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our files and computers. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay in the hills where we grew up. Most days it’s just us figuring out how to get things done for people who need media work. We don't have a big corporate team or layers of management. It’s a small group of us doing the actual work. Sometimes the power goes out when the weather gets bad in the mountains, but we manage to keep things moving along. We do a bit of everything, from small local bits to larger projects that come our way through various contacts. People call us up or stop by when they’re in the area. Kangra is a nice place to live and work, so we don’t really have any complaints. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going here. Nothing fancy or polished, just plain old media work in the mountains. We're glad to be part of the local scene.
