You can find us on the first floor of Sco 14 in Sector 20D, Chandigarh. We have been here for a bit, providing what the name says—a complete travel solution—though that really just means we try to handle whatever travel needs come up. The office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are here, it’s a decent place to sit and talk. We look out over the street and see the daily life of Sector 20 unfolding. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and notes because we like to keep track of everything on paper as well as on the computer. We don't like using fancy words or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a small team trying to make sense of all the different travel options out there. Whether it’s a visa issue or just a simple train ticket, we put in the time to get it right. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We are honest with our customers about prices and delays because there’s no point in hiding the truth. It is a practical business run by people who live right here in the city. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up every day to do the work. It gets busy but we enjoy the challenge.
