The Hindustan Times Group

We are the local office for The Hindustan Times Group in Chandigarh, located in Sector 40-A. Our address is House No. 298. Sector 40-A is a mostly residential area, which is nice because it isn't as loud as the commercial sectors. We work out of a house that’s been set up as a functional office space. It’s a very simple and practical environment. We don't have a big sign out front or anything that looks too corporate. Inside, you’ll find us working at our desks, mostly dealing with the local distribution and reporting side of things. We’ve been at this location for quite a while, so we are well-settled into the neighborhood. The people who work here are locals who know Chandigarh really well. We don't have any flashy marketing or a big lobby for visitors. It’s just a place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the papers and files, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have a big mission statement or any fancy goals. We just focus on getting the news out and making sure everything is handled correctly. Sector 40-A is a good place to be because it’s easy to get to, and there is a sense of community here. We just go about our business in a quiet, steady way. It’s not a fancy life, but it is exactly what we do.
