Our office, Teg Estate Consultant Pvt Ltd, is located at SCO-39 in Sector 20 on Ved Road. It is a typical market office setup. If you come by in the morning, you will probably see us sitting with a cup of tea, going over the local property news. Sector 20 is a busy area, and being in an SCO means we are right in the middle of the local commerce. We have some old wooden furniture and a few computers that we use to keep track of all the listings. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We spend our days talking to buyers and sellers, trying to figure out who wants what. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, so you will usually see stacks of files on the desks. We don’t do a lot of marketing or have a big sales team. Most of our clients are people from the nearby blocks who have known us for years. Ved Road can get pretty congested in the evenings, so we usually try to get our property visits done before the rush hour hits. We are just regular people who know a lot about the local real estate market. We don't promise anything crazy; we just tell people what is available and what the prices are like. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far in this busy corner of Sector 20.
