Techsolute Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot 678 in the Industrial Area, Phase-II. It's a standard industrial spot, nothing too flashy. We handle a lot of different chemical formulations here. The air usually has a bit of a sharp smell to it, which is expected when you work with these kinds of materials. We have a warehouse area and a small lab where we test things out. It’s a lot of mixing and measuring. The guys wear boots and gloves all day because safety is just part of the routine. Phase-II is a bit quieter than Phase-I, but there are still plenty of trucks moving around. We started small and just kept adding more drums and tanks as we got more work. It’s not a clean office job. Most of us have stains on our clothes by the end of the shift. We focus on getting the mixtures right for the clients who need them. Sometimes a batch takes longer than we thought, so we stay late to finish up. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign on the gate. It's a practical business for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. We just keep our heads down and focus on the chemistry. The barrels are heavy but we manage to get them moved. It’s just everyday work.
