Target Estate

You can find us over in Kothrud, which is a part of town that always seems to be on the move. Target Estate is located on the first floor, right above the Corporation Bank at Sco 137-138 in Sector 8. Being above a bank means there is always a lot of activity around the building, especially near the State Bank of C O L area. We have a simple office where we handle all the property deals and paperwork that comes our way. It is not a place with a lot of decorations, just desks and chairs and plenty of files stacked up. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to find a flat or an office space in the Kothrud area. We know the streets around here very well because we spend so much time walking them to look at different properties. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit long after a full day out, but that is just part of the job. We don't use any complicated systems, just our own experience and a good understanding of what the local market looks like. People come to us because they want to talk to someone who lives in the same neighborhood. We don't make big promises, we just show what is available and let the people decide for themselves. It is a straightforward way of doing business in a busy city.
