We are located at 324 in the Manimajra Main Market, which is a place that never really stays quiet. From early morning until late at night, there is the sound of traffic and people shouting across the street. We have been in this same spot for a long time, and we have seen shops come and go. Our office is quite small and it sits right on the edge of all that market activity. It is basically just a room with some chairs and our old filing cabinets where we keep all the property details. People often wander in while they are out doing their daily shopping just to ask if anything new has come up for sale. We do not have a receptionist or any fancy decor. If you come in, you just sit down and we talk about what you are looking for. We know every corner of Manimajra because we are constantly out walking the streets to check on different buildings. It is a lot of manual work, keeping track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. We do not bother with big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and knowing the local market better than anyone else. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the road outside, but that is just part of being in the main market. We like being right in the middle of everything where the local life is happening.
