Sunrise Estate

Our place is at 110/3 Sector 45 Burail, right inside the Keshoram Complex. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day. Sunrise Estate is basically just a few of us working out of this office. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to keep track of who is moving where. The Keshoram Complex has all sorts of shops, so there’s always people walking by. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them we might know about a vacant spot in Sector 45. It’s not a quiet office, that’s for sure. There is usually someone coming in to ask about prices or just to sit for a minute and chat about the local news. We have our files and our computers, and we try to stay organized, though it gets a bit messy when we’re busy. Working in Burail means you meet a lot of different people every single day. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we’ve seen plenty of families come and go from the neighborhood. It’s just a regular local business doing what we can to help people find a place to stay or set up their own small shop. We enjoy being here despite the noise and the constant activity around us.
