Sunny Electronics

If you look for us in Sector 2 G I D C, you’ll find Sunny Electronics right there on Sion Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and people moving things around. The shop gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front window. We’ve got a lot of old parts sitting on the racks that we probably should have cleared out months ago. Working here means getting your hands a bit greasy or dusty sometimes. My brother and I usually handle the daily tasks. We take turns watching the front while the other one goes to grab lunch or picks up supplies. The Sion Road traffic is a constant background hum that you eventually stop noticing. Sometimes the power flickers when the big machines next door start up. It’s just how it is in GIDC. We have a small desk where we do all the paperwork, and it’s always covered in receipts and half-drunk cups of tea. Regulars know they can find us here from ten until late evening. We don’t really do much advertising, word of mouth seems to work okay for us around here. People know where the shop is. It’s nothing fancy, just a plain brick building with a sign that’s fading a little from the rain. We like the routine of it and being part of the Sion Road community.
