Our place is Office Number 815-C in Shivalik Enclave, Manimajra. It’s a typical office space in a busy area where a lot of local trade happens. We spend our days here talking to people about houses, shops, and plots around the Enclave. The office isn't very large, but we have managed to fit in everything we need to run things. There are stacks of files on the corner shelf and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We get a mix of people coming in—some are young families looking for their first place, and others are old-timers looking to downsize. Manimajra has its own rhythm, and we are well-adjusted to it. We take our lunch breaks when things slow down in the afternoon. Sometimes we walk around the block just to see what’s new in the neighborhood. It’s important to know the ground reality of the streets we work in. We don't use any complicated systems; we just talk to people and write things down. The fan in the office makes a bit of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Dealing with property is mostly about being available when someone has a question. We stay here until the evening, then close up and head home like everyone else. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the local area without needing any big promises or fancy words.
