Standard Property Consultants

We are upstairs on the first floor at 82 Sector 38 C. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but it gives us a good view of the street. Standard Property Consultants is the name on the door. We spend a lot of time looking at various flats and commercial spaces around the sector. The office is pretty basic, just some shelves for files and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. Most of our work happens outside the office anyway, meeting people at different properties or checking on things for owners who live far away. Sector 38 is a busy place and things move fast here. We try to keep up with who is moving in and who is moving out. It can get a bit chaotic when three people want to see the same place at once. We handle the keys and the lease papers and all that standard stuff. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it, which is always a pain. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us well enough. It’s just steady work, day in and day out. We help people find a spot that fits what they need without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we do things here. We keep our notes in messy piles.
