Sohal Real Deal

We’re located at Sco 58 C in Sector 46. It’s a pretty straightforward office where we handle property stuff. We spend a lot of our time out of the office actually, looking at different sites or meeting people who want to sell or buy something. When we are in, the place is usually quiet unless a client drops by to sign some papers. Sector 46 is a good area and we know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We aren't big into fancy sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know about a plot or a house and let them decide. It’s a lot of driving around and talking on the phone. Sometimes deals go through and sometimes they don't, that's just how the real estate business works. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, but there is always some new regulation or form to worry about. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. Newer buildings are going up everywhere. We just focus on our work and try to stay busy. If you come by the office and we aren't there, we are probably just out showing a property nearby. It’s a small operation but we keep it running. We have a few old chairs for guests and a desk that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done for us.
