Our little spot is at Booth No 63 in Sector 31, specifically the C block area. It’s a small space, but it fits what we need for the work we do. Most days start with a cup of tea and looking over the new listings that came in. We’ve been based in this sector for a good while, so we know the corners and the shortcuts. People come to the booth when they're thinking of moving or if they have a bit of land they want to deal with. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know the local market. It’s practical work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the sites. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, but usually, there’s someone dropping by to ask about prices. We keep our records simple and easy to find. Sector-31 C is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay informed about what's going on. We aren't trying to be the biggest office in town, just the one that’s open when you need to talk about a property. It's mostly about knowing who wants to sell and who wants to buy. We just handle the middle part of that. The door is usually open if the weather is nice. We like the neighborhood feel of this booth.
