Singh Properties is located at 21 Sector 17 inside the Shanta Park Society in Diwalipura. It is more of a residential setting than a typical commercial office, which suits us just fine. Being inside the society means we are right where the action is when it comes to local houses and flats. We see our neighbors every day and often end up talking about property while just walking around. Our work is pretty simple; we help people who want to move into Diwalipura or those who are looking to sell their place. Since we are based right here, we know exactly what the parking is like and which houses get the best light. It is a quiet area compared to the main roads, and we like the pace of things here. We don't have a huge staff or a lot of flashy signs. It is just a basic office where we keep our records and meet with people over a cup of tea.
