Sim-Tech

Sim-Tech is situated in Mohali, specifically over at D K Lane, 1st Cross, house number 149-51. This area is tucked away a bit, so it stays a little quieter than the main markets, which is nice for focusing. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. The downstairs area is where most of the technical work happens. We handle a lot of SIM card issues and basic tech troubleshooting for people in the neighborhood. It’s a cramped space sometimes, especially when we get a big shipment in and the boxes start piling up by the door. The 1st Cross street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We have a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly folks just stand around and chat while we look at their devices. Our team is small, just a few of us who grew up around here. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a big marketing budget. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we've been too busy to get around to it. It’s a simple setup where we try to get things fixed so people can get back to their day. That is about all there is to it.
