Kompact Devices

We've been working out of Industrial Area Phase II for a good while now. It gets pretty loud around here with all the other units nearby, but we are used to it. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, mostly just sorting through stock and making sure things are where they need to be. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the devices. Sometimes the traffic in Phase 2 makes deliveries a bit slow, but that’s just how it goes in Chandigarh. We spend a lot of time at our benches. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We grab tea from the stall around the corner twice a day. There are boxes everywhere usually because we move things around quite a bit to find what we need. It’s a messy process sometimes. People come by asking for specific parts, and we do what we can to find them in the back. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small desk near the door. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a place of work. The lights flicker a bit in the back room, but we know where everything is even in the dark. It’s a straightforward life here. We just keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home. Nothing more to it than that.
