Shubh Real Estate is right here in Seth Ni Pole, Ratanpole. If you know Pankore Naka, you know how crowded it gets around here. Our office is in the Shajanand Market in Sector 29. We've been around these lanes for a while now. People come to us when they need to find a space or sell something they have. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls. It is just a place where we sit and talk about properties. Dealing with real estate in an old area like this is different than the newer parts of town. You have to know the history of the buildings. Sometimes the paperwork is quite old and takes time to sort out. We spend a lot of time walking through the poles and checking out different spots for people. It is noisy and there is always someone moving something on a cart or a scooter honking. We just do our work. Some days are quiet, while on others we are running around quite a bit. It’s mostly local stuff, people looking for a shop or a small room to stay in near the market. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We know which corner gets the most sun and where the traffic jams are the worst during the day. If someone stops by, we just have a seat and look at what is available on the list. It’s a simple way of doing things. No big presentations. Just us and the local streets we work in.
