Shrinath Estate

Our place is over in Bismillah Nagar, specifically at the 1st Cross in Sector 35. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, which suits us just fine. Shrinath Estate has been around for a bit, helping people figure out where they want to live or what land they want to buy. We aren't fancy people. We usually just have a few plastic chairs for clients and a desk that’s seen better days. Dealing with estates means we are often out of the office, driving around to look at different houses or plots in the sector. We know the shortcuts and the backstreets around Bismillah Nagar pretty well by now. People usually come to us because they want someone who actually knows the local area. We don't promise anything crazy; we just show what is available and tell people the price. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, and we have to explain that to the folks waiting. It can be frustrating, but that’s how the property world works here. We keep our files in order as best as we can, though things get messy during the busy months. Most of the people we deal with are just regular families looking for a spot. We like being part of the community here. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a small local business trying to keep things moving along for everyone.
