We started out in Zirakpur when the roads were much narrower than they are today. It has been interesting to watch this place grow from a small stop on the way to Chandigarh into what it is now. Our work is pretty simple; we help people find a place to stay or a bit of land to build on. We don’t have a massive office or anything like that. It’s just a local spot where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a change. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about how much the prices have gone up, and other days we are out on the scooty showing three or four houses in a row. Zirakpur can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and all the new construction, but we know the shortcuts and the quiet corners that aren't so noisy. We don't try to act like big corporate players because we aren't. We are just local guys who know the colony names and which developers are actually finishing their projects on time. If a roof leaks or a road is bad, we tell people. There is no point in hiding things when you have to see your neighbors every day at the market. We just do our bit and hope people find what they need.
