Shivshakti Properties

We are located at 47-48 in Sector 17, over in the 17 C block. This area has been our home base for quite a while. It’s a very straightforward setup we have here. We deal with various properties throughout the sector and the surrounding blocks. Most of the people who come to see us are locals or families looking to move into this specific part of the neighborhood. We don't go in for fancy presentations or high-tech displays. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the physical maps or the paperwork together. It's a quiet office most mornings, then things usually pick up in the late afternoon when people get off work. We spend a lot of time walking the different sectors to see what’s changing with our own eyes. It helps to stay updated on which houses are going up for sale or which plots are being cleared for new construction. We aren't a corporate chain; it’s just us handling the day-to-day work ourselves. Sometimes the paperwork takes much longer than we expected, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can. We’ve seen this sector grow quite a bit since we first started out. There are more families moving in and more small shops opening up on the corners. We just help facilitate that process. If someone needs to find a place or sell their current one, they usually find us in 17 C.
