Shivam Tour & Travels

My name is Shivam and I run this travel business out of Sector 45. We are right at 1593, which is quite close to the Oberoi Banquet Hall. Most people find us because they are heading to a wedding there and need a car. It started with just one vehicle a few years back. Now we have a couple more, but it’s still a small operation. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or checking the maps. Traffic in this part of town can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We handle bookings for trips nearby or longer hauls if someone needs to get across the state. It's a lot of coordination. I keep a diary on the desk to track all the timings. Sometimes things change last minute—a flight gets delayed or someone changes their mind about the destination. We just roll with it. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and a desk covered in notes. But the cars are kept clean. That’s the important part. Being near the banquet hall means we see a lot of happy people, and a few stressed out ones too. I like being in Sector 45. It feels central. I’ve lived in this area my whole life so I know the shortcuts. If the main road is blocked, I can usually find a way through the back lanes to get where we need to go.
