At Shiva Property Consultant, we work out of 2 Sector 8, which is very close to Sector 19. This location is pretty convenient for us because we can cover both sectors without much trouble. The office is a small, functional space where we keep all our property records and maps. We spend a good portion of our day meeting with people who are looking for a new place to stay or wanting to sell their current plot. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a big corporation, just a small local setup trying to stay organized. The area around Sector 8 is usually quite calm, which is nice for when we need to focus on paperwork. We’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow and change. Most of the time, you’ll find one of us sitting at the desk with a phone to our ear. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a map of the sectors. It’s a straightforward way of working. We take pride in knowing the local lanes and who is looking for what. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a deal, but that’s just part of the job. The proximity to Sector 19 means we are always moving between the two areas. It's a steady routine that we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. We keep the kettle on for visitors.
