Sg Diet Cafe Private Limited is our little project based out of Sector 35C in Chandigarh. You can find us at House No. 2284, which is where we manage everything. We aren't a massive chain or anything like that. We just wanted to set up a place that focuses on diet-friendly stuff because we live here and saw a gap for it. Chandigarh 160036 is a great area, and Sector 35C always has something going on. Our setup at House No. 2284 is pretty straightforward. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that isn’t who we are. We’re just people who like healthy food and wanted to make a business out of it. Some days are loud and messy, especially when we're trying out new recipes or sorting out the supply. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just keep moving forward. We don't have a polished front; it's more about the actual food and the people who come by. Being in a house rather than a big mall makes it feel more personal to us. We handle the paperwork, the cooking, and the cleaning mostly ourselves. It’s an honest way to make a living in Chandigarh. We’re just happy to be part of the neighborhood and doing something we actually care about every day. It's not always easy, but it's what we chose to do with our time.
