Khandhri Beverages is located in Chandigarh, specifically at house number 2 in the Staff Colony for KV No 2. It’s tucked away in the 3rd AFS area. Being near the Air Force Station gives the place a bit of a different feel compared to the rest of the city. We work with beverages, so our day revolves around bottles, crates, and delivery schedules. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us on our toes. The colony is a nice enough place to work from, and it’s usually quite organized. We have a small group of workers who handle the loading and the record-keeping. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just see what needs to be done and do it. Sometimes the trucks are late or a batch has an issue, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't big on corporate slogans or having a 'vision.' We just want to make sure the drinks get to where they are supposed to go. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is short, which is a big plus. The office itself is quite basic, just a few chairs and some old desks where we keep the logs. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve been here in Chandigarh for a while now and we just keep plugging away at the daily tasks without much fuss.
