Sewak Transport Co is over at 12 Sector 26, right opposite Big Bazar and the Dharmakanda Transport Area. We’ve been in the transport business for a while, and it’s a job that never really stops. Our phones are always buzzing with people asking about loads and delivery times. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure drivers are where they need to be and that everything is moving according to plan. Being right across from the Dharmakanda Transport Area is handy since that’s where all the action is. Our office isn't much to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and dealing with the usual delays that happen on the road. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but we just deal with it one problem at a time. We don't use any fancy logistics software; we mostly rely on what we know and the relationships we’ve built over the years. Sector 26 is always busy with traffic, which makes sense for what we do. We’ve lived and breathed transport for a long time now. It’s a noisy, fast-paced world, but we’re used to the rhythm of it. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just move things from one place to another and try to keep everyone happy along the way. That’s how we do it here at number 12. It is just basic, steady work we do every single day.
