Venus Transport Company

Venus Transport Company is located right in the middle of the transport area in Sector 26. If you have ever been around here, you know it is always busy with big vehicles and a lot of dust in the air. Our office at number 27 is where we sit and handle all the paperwork for the trucks. It is a small room filled with ledgers and the sound of the phone ringing. My desk is covered in notes and old receipts because things move fast here and it is hard to keep everything perfectly tidy. Usually, there is a driver or two sitting on the bench outside waiting for their next route or just having a chat. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the loadings to finish. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to think about that when there are schedules to manage. It gets very hectic during the festival seasons when everyone is sending goods everywhere. We just try to keep things moving along as best as we can. It is tough work and the hours are long, but that is just how the transport business goes in this part of town. We have been in this same spot for years, so the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. It is a simple life centered around the road.
