Seko Battery Plateworks

We’ve been working out of Industrial Area Phase II for quite some time now. Our shop is at 116 on the 29th Cross. Most days start early because the work with battery plates isn't exactly clean or easy. It involves a lot of lead and heavy lifting. We don’t have a big office or a reception area with coffee. It is mostly just the sound of machines and the smell of the shop floor. My brother and I took over from our father, and we just try to keep things moving. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town and we have to wait it out. It’s frustrating but that is how it goes here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to make sure the plates we produce are solid. People know where to find us if they need something. The address is 29th Cross, like I said, right in the middle of the industrial blocks. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the trucks passing by 116. We spend most of our time out back near the casting area. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months when the ventilation isn't enough. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you walk past the gates, you’ll see the Seko Battery Plateworks sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun but it’s still there.
