Scientifice Security Management Services is our company, and we are located in Sector 35D. Our office is on the first floor of Sco 126-27. Sector 35 is a well-known area in Chandigarh with lots of shops and eateries, but we are tucked away upstairs. We deal with security staff and management. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent interviewing people or talking to clients about their building needs. The office has a few desks and some files for all the paperwork we have to keep. We’ve been operating from this Sector 35 location for some time now. It’s a decent spot with good connectivity. We don't have a big sales team; we just handle the inquiries as they come in. Sometimes it gets busy with people looking for work, and other times we are just out visiting sites to check on things. We keep things simple here. No big corporate mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some schedules. It’s a small team of us trying to keep everything organized. We handle the uniforms and the shifts from this room. If you’re in the area, you might see our small sign by the stairs. We just focus on getting the right people in the right spots and making sure the payroll is done on time. It's a lot of watching the clock and keeping the logs updated.
