Satya Esates

Our office is over in Sector 35 Ambegaon near Katraj in Pune. It is a busy part of the city and there is always a lot of construction happening nearby. Satya Esates is just a small office where we keep all the maps and the property papers. The traffic near Katraj can get really backed up so we spend a lot of time looking out the window at the cars going by. It is not a very big place but it serves its purpose. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit when they come in to ask about land or apartments. Pune is growing fast and this area specifically has changed a lot in the last few years. You can see the hills from near the office which is a nice view when the weather is clear. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. It gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside so we are always cleaning the glass. Usually we are out on site visits but someone is usually here to answer the phone. It is a practical business and we don't try to make it look like something it isn't. Just a local spot for people to talk about real estate. Most of our work is done on paper and we keep the files stacked high on the back table. It is just the way we have always done things here in the neighborhood. We know most of the people who live around here by now.
