Sarkar Property Advisior

Sarkar Property Advisior is based at 58 59 in Sector 17, specifically in the Sector 17 D block. It’s a decent-sized space for what we do. We spend our days mostly looking at property listings and talking to local owners. Sector 17 is a pretty active area, so there’s always something happening around the office. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s more like a place where you can just walk in and have a seat while we look through our records. We’ve been in this part of the sector for a good bit of time now. Our office is functional, with just the basic stuff we need to get through the workday. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. People come to us because they want to know what’s available in 17 D or the nearby blocks. We do our best to keep our information updated, though it’s a lot of manual work. Sometimes we are out on the field and the office is quiet, other times it is full of people talking at once. We just take it as it comes. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up every morning and do the tasks on our list. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood. We just like being part of the local scene here and helping out where we can. Most of our evenings are spent just finishing up whatever paperwork is left on the desk before heading home to rest.
