Sandeep Properties

You can find Sandeep Properties on the first floor of SCO 47 in Mohali. It’s a standard office setup in a busy commercial block. We’ve been here for a bit, and it’s a good location because there’s always something happening in the market nearby. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the ground level shops, which is nice when we’re trying to go over lease agreements or sale papers. Most of our work involves the local Mohali sectors. We spend a lot of time looking at different plots and houses that come up for sale. It’s just a small team here. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they’re already in the SCO area or someone told them we know the local property scene. We keep a ledger of what’s available and try to stay updated on the prices. The market in Mohali fluctuates, so we spend a lot of our mornings just catching up on news. Sometimes we have people coming in looking for shops, other times it’s just someone needing a small apartment. We don’t mind which it is. We just sit down, show them what we have on the books, and go from there. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now.
