Samsung

This place in Sector 35 at building 323 is where we handle all the Samsung stuff that comes our way. It’s a plain office space, nothing like those big showrooms you see in malls. We mostly deal with the technical side of things here. A lot of people walk in with tablets or phones that aren’t working right, and we take a look. It can get a bit cramped when there’s a line, but we try to move as fast as we can without making mistakes. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at tiny screws and wires all day long. We’ve been at this location for a bit, so the locals know where to find us. We keep a logbook of everything that comes in and goes out, though sometimes our handwriting isn't the best when we're in a rush. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We don't really do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. Most of the time it’s just quiet work, punctuated by the sound of the door opening or a phone test ring. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get people back to their gadgets as soon as possible.
