Samsung

Our Samsung spot is located at 1471 in Phase-5, Mohali. It’s a pretty standard place for this part of town. We are surrounded by other shops and houses, so it feels like a real neighborhood business. Inside, it’s mostly about the phones and the gadgets that people use every day. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and there is usually a news channel running on a screen in the corner. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just talk to the customers, see what’s wrong with their electronics, and try to give them a straight answer. Phase-5 is a busy area, but we’ve managed to settle in quite well over the years. We have a lot of tools in the back for the service work, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the spare parts and boxes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us here making sure the tech works like it should. Sometimes it’s a simple software update, and other times we have to take the whole thing apart. We just take it as it comes. People in Mohali know we are here if they run into trouble with their devices, and we just keep things simple and honest. We don't have any fancy mission statements, we just fix the phones and wait for the next person to walk in.
