Essar Retail

Essar Retail is based in Mohali, specifically in Sector 68. We operate out of Flat No. 5178 in the Puncham Society. It is right near the Government Law College, so there are always students and people walking around the neighborhood. Anuj Agarwal is the one you would usually find here managing things. Since we are in an apartment society, it feels very much like a home. We have converted part of the flat into an office space where we handle all the retail work. It is not a massive store with aisles; it is more of the administrative and management side of things. The society is quiet and well-kept, which makes it a nice place to spend the day. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just come up to the flat like you are visiting a friend. We do a lot of our work on laptops and over the phone. Mohali is a growing area, and being in Sector 68 keeps us close to the heart of the action without being in a noisy commercial block. We like the balance of a residential setting for our business. It is practical and keeps our costs down. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people making sure the retail side of things stays on track. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense way of working that suits us just fine.
