Swipe Card Machine

Down here in Sector 56, Mohali, at number 567, we spend most of our time dealing with those little plastic boxes everyone uses to pay for things. It’s a small office, mostly filled with boxes of wires and those rolls of thermal paper that always seem to run out at the wrong time. We started doing this because every shop in the area needed a way to take cards, and things just grew from there. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes the machines act up or the signal goes bad, and then we have to figure out why. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to different stores to swap out a battery or fix a screen. People get frustrated when they can't take a payment, so we try to move fast, though traffic in Mohali doesn't always help. Our desks are usually a mess of chargers and test cards. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the local businesses can keep their sales moving. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s a basic business, really. We handle the tech side so the shopkeepers don’t have to worry about it too much. That’s what we do every day at Swipe Card Machine.
