We have a showroom at number 115 in Shakti Nagar, which is in the Derabassi area of Zirakpur. Our place is right across from Hotel Evergreen. It is a bit of a unique business because we help people with property and also do event planning. We didn't really plan for it to be this way, but it just happened over time. We spend a lot of our day dealing with property papers and then switching over to talk about party decorations. It can be a bit confusing sometimes, but we are used to it. We also serve people in Chandigarh since it is so close. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our records. We don't have any corporate training or polished ways of speaking. We just try to be honest with people about what a house is worth or how much an event will cost. Derabassi is growing very fast, so there is always something new happening. We know the local market quite well. We aren't a big chain of offices; it is just this one spot in Shakti Nagar. Some days we are out on the road all day, and other days we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just help out where we can and try to keep our customers satisfied with the work.
