Sai Om Properties

Sai Om Properties is located at Sco 94 in Sector 45. It’s a standard spot in the market area where you can find us most days of the week. Sector 45 is a lively place with plenty of people moving in and out, so there’s always something to talk about. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and files piled up, but it works for what we need. We spend the morning catching up on local listings and the afternoon usually involves driving around to look at different houses or plots. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our old notebooks and our memory of the area. When someone walks in, we usually offer them some water and just listen to what they need. Whether it's a rental or someone looking to sell their old place, we just try to get the details right. The market fluctuates, and we see it firsthand. Some days are slow, and we just watch the people go by outside the window. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we get a bit overwhelmed. It’s a regular local business life. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town. We just want to do our work quietly at Sco 94 and go home at the end of the day feeling like we helped some folks out.
