If you go up to the first floor at SCO 65 in Sector 46C, you will find us. We are right above Uttam Sweets, so it is hard to miss the smell of fresh snacks throughout the day. Chandigarh is a planned city, but wedding planning is anything but planned once things get moving. Sai Event & Wedding Planners is basically a small team of us working in a room filled with folders, fabric samples, and lists of guest names. We spend our hours trying to coordinate with florists, lighting guys, and photographers. It gets pretty loud in the office sometimes because someone is always on a call or arguing about where the stage should go. We don't have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and see us working at our desks. Most of the people who come to see us are local families from around Chandigarh or Mohali who are getting ready for a big family event. We try to keep things simple. Organizing a wedding involves a lot of small details that most people don't think about until the last minute. We spend a lot of time driving around to different venues or checking out decorations. The tea kettle is always on because we have people dropping by all the time to ask questions or change their minds about the flower colors. It is a busy life, but it is what we do here in Sector 46C for the people around us.
