Down in Manimajra, specifically in the Shukrawar Peth area, you’ll find Sai Communications. It’s a busy part of the city, and our shop is right in the thick of it. I started this place because I saw how much people struggled with their mobile phones and connections. It’s not just about selling a handset; it’s about helping someone get their internet working or fixing a screen that’s been cracked for months. The shop isn’t very big, so we have to be smart about how we display things. We have a lot of regular customers who live in the surrounding streets. They stop by to pay their bills or just to ask a question about a new feature on their phone. We don't have a corporate script. If a phone is a piece of junk, we’ll probably tell you not to buy it. We prefer to keep things honest because we have to see these people every day in the market. The mornings are usually quiet, giving us time to organize the accessories, but by the afternoon, it’s a constant stream of people. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes with multiple conversations going on at once, but that’s the charm of Shukrawar Peth. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly when to bring our afternoon cups. It’s a community-driven business, and we’re just happy to be a small part of the daily life here in Manimajra.
