You can find us right on the Delhi-Ambala Highway in Zirakpur. We’re in the Sushma building at office number three on the first level. It’s a busy spot since we are right across from the Mcdond's. Most people use that as a landmark when they are coming to see us. Real estate around here keeps us on our toes. There is always someone looking for a place or trying to sell one. We spend a lot of time on the phone and driving around to different properties. The office is where we do the paperwork and meet with people to go over the details. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. Since we are on NH-22, there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. It feels like the center of things. We handle the local property stuff and try to keep everything clear for everyone involved. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit heavy, but we just work through it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Zirakpur has grown so much lately, so there’s always a new building going up nearby. We stay busy keeping track of it all. It’s just us doing the daily grind in a convenient spot. It's nothing fancy, but it gets the job done for the people in town. We keep it simple and just focus on the houses and land.
