S K Property

We are located at Sco 116/117 near Sukhna Lake, which is a pretty well-known spot in the area. S K Property has been operating from this office for a good number of years. It is a nice place to be, especially when the weather is good and people are out walking by the lake. Our work is fairly basic property stuff. We look at houses, plots, and some commercial spaces around Chandigarh. Most of the time, it is just us sitting at our desks going through lists or taking calls from people asking about prices. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a practical, local operation. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the maps and site plans spread out over the tables. We spend a lot of our afternoons driving around to different sectors to check on properties. The paperwork is probably the slowest part of the job. There are so many forms to fill out and offices to visit for permissions. We just take it one step at a time. Some weeks are really busy and we have people waiting in the office, while other weeks are quiet enough to catch up on filing. We handle a bit of everything, whether it is someone looking for a small flat or a business needing a new office space. We know the neighborhoods around here pretty well by now. It is just regular work for us.
