S G A Real Estates Pvt Ltd is based at Sco 361 in Sector 32. We’re right there in Sawtantra Senani Nagar. It’s a solid building and we’ve made ourselves at home in this space. The office is laid out simply with desks for the staff and a place to sit if you’re coming in to chat. We don’t go in for anything too flashy or modern. It’s mostly just shelves of binders and the sound of keyboards. Sector 32 is a familiar area to us, and we’ve seen it grow over the years. We spend our days tracking what’s happening with properties nearby. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us here doing the daily grind. The SCO buildings are all pretty similar, so you have to look for number 361 to find our door. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the maps and documents, it can get a little cluttered sometimes. That’s just how a working office looks, though.
