S & S Property Consultants is located over in St Thomas Town, right at number 13 in Sector 44. To get here, you have to come down VSP Road and turn onto 2nd Cross Street. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads, which makes it a bit easier to get work done without too much noise. The office is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people when they have questions. Sometimes it’s a bit tricky to find the exact turnoff if you aren't familiar with the sectors around here. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us. Usually, the day starts around nine or so, and we stay until the evening. We deal with a lot of people from the local area who just stop by because they saw the name on the door. It’s not a huge corporate space, just a practical setup with some old wooden furniture and a lot of paper. The 2nd Cross Street can get a bit narrow if too many cars are parked there, but usually, it's fine. We’ve been at this spot in St Thomas Town for a while now. Most of the people living nearby recognize us. It’s a decent place to work from, and being in Sector 44 puts us in a good position to keep an eye on things happening around the VSP Road area.
