Rubina Joshi

Rubina Joshi runs things from 214B Sector 17, right along the Lalbaug Manjalpur Road in Manjalpur. It’s a pretty well-known stretch of road, and we’ve been part of the scenery here for a while. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at from the outside. It’s just a standard door with our name on it. Inside, Rubina keeps things tidy but it definitely looks like a place where real work happens. There are stacks of files and a few plants that probably need a bit more water than they get. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’re usually just walking straight into the heart of the workspace. Manjalpur is a good area to be in, and being on the main road means we see a lot of what’s going on in the community. We don't use any slick marketing phrases or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a local business where we try to get things right the first time. The chairs are comfortable enough for a short wait, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. It’s a bit of an older building, so you might hear the pipes or the floorboards creak now and then. That’s just the character of the place. We’re here most days, just keeping at it and making sure the day's tasks are finished.
