Royal-Moon Spirits And Breweries is tucked away here in Sector 15A. It’s mostly just us working through the daily routine of handling the brewing equipment and making sure everything is where it should be. We’ve been at House No. 375 for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it gets the job done for what we do with the spirits. Most mornings start with checking the tanks and seeing how the batches are coming along. It’s a lot of cleaning, honestly. You wouldn’t think it, but brewing is mostly just washing things over and over so the taste stays right. Some days the smell of the grain is really strong in the air around the house, and you just get used to it after a bit. We aren't trying to do anything fancy or showy. It is just a local operation where a few of us show up, do the shifts, and go home. People in Chandigarh know the area well, and being in 15A makes it easy for the staff to get here. We spend a lot of time looking at labels and checking the seals on the bottles. It gets busy during certain months, especially when orders pile up, but we just take it one crate at a time. The office part of it is just a desk with too many papers on it. It’s a real place with real dust on the shelves sometimes, just trying to keep the brewery side of things moving along steadily.
