We have set up our office here in Sector 35, specifically in the 35A area. It is a decent location for a business like Royal Property Consultants because it is central to a lot of what is going on in this part of the city. We are not some massive firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us who know the local property market well enough to help out when people have questions. Most of our work involves sitting down with folks and going over their options, whether they are looking for a small flat or something a bit bigger. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a good chunk of our time out on the road, looking at properties and meeting with owners to see what they are offering. Sector 35 has a lot of variety, so there is always something new to learn. We try to keep our records straight, though sometimes the filing system gets a bit behind when we are busy. It is a practical way of working. We do not go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show you what is on the books and tell you what we know about the neighborhood. It has been working for us so far, and we like the people we meet. If you need us, we are usually around.
