We are up here on the first floor of SCF 26 in Mohali. It is usually pretty busy with people coming in and out all day long. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and handle the paperwork for houses and shops around the area. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are looking at files or talking on the phone with folks who want to move. It’s been a while since we set up shop here. You have to climb the stairs to get to us since we are not on the ground level. We know the streets around Mohali quite well because we spend a lot of time walking around to see different plots. It gets hot in the summer but the fans keep us going. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how the local property stuff works. If someone is looking for a place, they usually just drop by and we pull out the registers. We try to keep things organized but there are always folders stacked on the desks. It’s just how it is when you’ve been doing this for years. Most people know the building. We just do the work day by day and try to help people figure out where they want to live without making it too complicated. It is just a regular office life.
