We’ve been located at 1174 in Section 42B of Chandigarh for a while now. It’s a pretty standard spot in 160036. The office isn't anything you’d call fancy, just a bunch of desks and chairs where we get through our daily tasks. We don’t really go for the whole corporate look with glass walls and bright lights. It’s more of a place where you can actually sit down and focus without too many distractions. Some days the neighborhood is quiet, and other days there’s a bit more going on outside. We just keep to ourselves and handle the work as it comes in. Most of the people on our team have been here for a bit, so we all know how things run. We don't have any big meetings to talk about goals; we just talk across the room if something needs to be fixed. Sometimes we have a bit of a mess with papers on the desks, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for us. There is a small shop nearby where we get our tea in the afternoon, which is a nice break. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. We’re just here in Chandigarh, doing what we do every day. It's a regular job in a regular part of the city. We show up, put in the time, and head home. That’s about all there is to it at our place.
